Composer and performer Meredith Monk and Ellen Fisher lead an in-person workshop exploring voice, movement and image at the Garrison Institute.

A multi-day workshop (Dec 11–14), open to all experience levels. Each session begins with guided meditation and a vocal and movement warm-up.
