New York State Parks provides portable toilets at Little Stony Point, the riverside corner of Hudson Highlands State Park Preserve on Route 9D just north of the village. There's no running water here, so bring hand sanitizer. It's the last stop before the beach and the Little Stony Point loop, and a good one to know about if you're walking the 9D shoulder from town.
